Refund Policy

At SmartSolveHome, we prioritize your satisfaction and the hygiene of your home. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your HandsFreeScrubber to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To maintain our professional and luxury brand standards, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original professional packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the process.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@smartsolvehome.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure your HandsFreeScrubber experience is right from day one.

Exclusions

Certain items are ineligible for return to ensure hygiene and safety:

  • Personal Care Items: Due to the hygienic nature of the HandsFreeScrubber, items that have been used in a shower environment cannot be returned.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
